A real trip to the bathroom is mistaken for acting. Someone wonders what will remain once the filming stops. After the Scene follows a group making films, rehearsing and performing together. Closeness, laughter and disagreement carry them toward a performance with an audience present. They enter their roles and are pulled back by bodies, feelings and the ordinary business of being together. Ending a scene does not settle everything between them.
